We stopped on our way between Bolton Abbey and Janet's Foss. It was a warm, dry friendly environment and our dog was greeted with a sausage of his very own!
Huge, delicious portions for lunch which set us up for the day.
Definitely worth a visit!

Shout out to the lovely Tom(?) for such friendly customer service. We were staying locally in Airton so popped in a few times for cake & coffee. Delicious home baked & generous portion treats, our favourite was the rocky road! Also the Chorizo jam sold in the shop is a must try, absolutely gorgeous! We took 4 Jars home 😋

We recently visited this local farm shop during one of our many pet/house sitting adventures around North Yorkshire.
And I must say, their Breakfasts are delicious. A little over priced in comparison to some of the quaint little cafes we visit, but that's a farm shop for you.
Wow! Their carrot cake was STUNNING! Moist, and full of flavor - I'm so fussy about carrot cake and honestly this was by far the best I've ever had!
My wife had their shortbread was mouth watering, crumbly and buttery, a lovely accompaniment to our beautifully brewed latte.
Then there's the service, which was friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience a real pleasure.
We'll definitely be returning for more breakfasts at this charming farm shop.

Lots of great food choices at reasonable prices. We bought a few pies to take home with us. They have a large freezer full of meats, as well as a fresh meats and cheese counter. Highly recommend dropping in for a look at what they have.
Free car park is a fair aize but can imagine it gets full easily

An absolute gem in this small Yorkshire dales village. The farm shop has a good range of excellent produce. The cafe is one of the best, but be aware gets very busy. If planning lunch there probably best to book first.

A lovely farm shop and cafe. The farm shop is known for its air dried meat and charcuterie. Lots of Yorkshire beers and gins plus lots of artisan food to buy. The cafe can get busy and when we got there only tables outside were available. Would recommend booking if you want a table inside. We did get lucky as after 10 minutes a table came available. This is a family run business and they get very busy at peak times and our order was taken more or less straight away. We did wait some time for the food but it was piping hot and very good. I would recommend a visit but please be patient as they get busy.
